Terms of service

Plain-language terms. If anything here surprises you, that's a bug — tell us.

Effective date: August 2, 2026

The service

Stats Ninja is a Google Sheets add-on and companion API operated by Lince Media that pulls your Meta Ads data into your spreadsheets, on demand or on a schedule. By installing or using it you accept these terms.

Plan limits and fair use

Each plan has published limits (ad accounts, saved reports, runs per day, refresh frequency). We enforce them server-side. Attempting to bypass limits, resell access, or use the service to scrape data you're not authorized to access can lead to suspension.

Third-party dependencies (the honest part)

Stats Ninja sits on top of Meta's Marketing API and Google Apps Script. When Meta deprecates a metric, throttles an API version, or expires a token, or when Google changes add-on quotas, parts of the service can degrade until we adapt. We monitor, we alert you when scheduled runs fail, and we ship fixes fast — but we can't promise a third party's uptime.

Your data

Handled as described in the privacy policy. Summary: we store workspace metadata and encrypted tokens; our API processes your ad performance data transiently to return it to the add-on, and never persists those report rows.

Acceptable use

Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions made on the basis of report data — always sanity-check numbers that drive money.

Termination

You can stop using the service and request deletion anytime. We may suspend workspaces that breach these terms, with notice unless the breach is abusive or unlawful.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes go to the courts of the provider's registered domicile, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
